August 5-10, 2024
with 2024 Guest Artist: Amanda Stewart

The Santa Fe Trombone Summit is now the Southwest Trombone Conference!

For the past 5 years, the Santa Fe Trombone Summit has welcomed trombonists from around the world to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Now, we are excited to be moving the event from Santa Fe to Albuquerque to help us continue achieving our mission of providing the trombone community with a world-class trombone seminar located in the heart of the southwestern United States.

Moving to Albuquerque makes the Southwest Trombone Conference more convenient than ever to you. Located at the University of New Mexico, the former home of the Alessi Seminar, the conference is a mere 10 minute drive from the Albuquerque airport. UNM allows us to expand our offerings for all of our Participants by providing us with several large ensemble rehearsal spaces as well as plenty of practice rooms. It also allows us to welcome guest presenters, a large group of auditors, and exhibitors. Further, it provides us with the world-class acoustics of Keller Hall for all recitals and performances. We can't wait to see you there!
